Got my feet wet on Google Analytics!

Tom, our computer application teacher introduced Google Analytics to us, a fantastic tool for online tracking, analyzing, and help make decisions. It has already become web's most popular enterprise-grade tag management solution for marketers and IT teams and it will let you add or update your website tags and mobile applications without any hassle.When it comes to functions, Google Analytics has mainly three ways; helping building your audience, sells and converts and acts on your insight. Because I found E-business is a quite interesting direction, I firmly believe that Google Analytics would be an useful tool for me to compare, analyse, make decisions to success.Because nowadays, if you don't understand data, you will not be able to navigate your business towards a right direction.

Co-op experience in GBC

I just finished a 4-month co-op in school of fashion, George Brown College. All in all, the experience is fantastic. The co-op term's purpose is to help students gain practical working experience and explore their industry interest. I think I have fulfilled this goal.

Let's talk about my daily working content. Basically, as a database management associate, what I need to do is to doing data entry into our school's placement-searching field - Orbis and our Excel database. Except for this main task, I need to help professors carry out other tasks, like collecting documents, preparing class material, spreading sheets, etc. Each day, I get exposed to different kinds of office jobs and I become more and more accustomed to deal with office matters.

During the process, I am really grateful that I have two really nice supervisors, Michelle and Ingrid, who will patiently and nicely teach me new stuff. That's a great bonus! I really enjoyed working with them!
